"A Terra a Gastar" ("Wasting Earth") is a animation short film, which was made for a college graduation project, directed and produced by Celina Kurihara and me! The plot broaches the consequences of our individual excessive consumption of our world and ways to think what we can do about it. The main theme was designed in a amusing way to make easy the comprehension for everyone. The song of "A Terra a Gastar" is a parody of a Brazilian folksong "A velha a fiar", composed by Aldo Taranto, interpreted by "Trio Irakitã" for the film that is considered the first Brazilian videoclip (1964), with same name of the folksong, directed by Humberto Mauro. | |||
